Educators Gather in Istanbul for EU Code Week
On 30 September 2025, teachers from across Türkiye came together in Istanbul for the EU Code Week Meeting to explore digital transformation in education.
The program brought together 170 teachers from various branches and Code Week lead teachers, featuring sessions on coding, creativity, digital skills, and innovative teaching methodologies. Beyond knowledge sharing, the event fostered collaboration and solidarity among teachers, emphasizing their evolving role in innovative learning environments.
Representatives from FCL, Scientix, and eTwinning highlighted the important role of educational networks, placing special emphasis on the upcoming Code Week activities in Innovative Classrooms. They explained how coding, digital tools, and active learning will be integrated into teaching practices to increase student engagement and build future-ready skills, equipping students with the digital, cognitive, and collaborative competencies needed to thrive in an evolving learning and working environment.
