Future Classroom Lab Norway: Exciting Updates and Upcoming Events
Greetings from Future Classroom Lab Norway! As we already have stepped into a new season of collaboration and innovation, we have several exciting events and initiatives to share with you.
FCL Norway at NKUL 2025
We are thrilled to announce that Future Classroom Lab Norway will be actively participating in NKUL – Norway's leading conference on ICT and education – taking place in Trondheim. Our annual network meeting will be held on May 20, bringing together our steering group in our network to discuss the future of learning spaces and technology-enhanced education. We will participate together and hosting a joint session at NKUL
Additionally, we are hosting a special session: S1F – Digital Technologies as Learning Experiences and Professional Development in Schools. This session will explore how digital tools can enrich both student learning and teacher professional growth.
A New Micro-Course: Creative Hearts and Digital Minds
The Future Classrom Lab at the University of Stavanger has launched a new micro-course within ECIU: Creative Hearts and Digital Minds. This course, worth 5 ECTS credits, is designed to foster digital creativity and pedagogical innovation. It is open to all who register before April 1.

Norwegian FCL Conference in Sogndal
We will host a Norwegian FCL Conference. This will take place in Sogndal on September 9-10. One of this year’s keynote speaker is Sarah Newman, a thought leader in AI pedagogy and digital learning.
Contributions to a new book: The use of digital technologies and screens in school
We have made a joint contribution and several articles into a new Norwegian book on the use digital technologies and screens in school. The book will probably be published this summer.
